Enhancement relic Totem of Quaking Earth procs 234 bonus healing. (in addition to the tooltip stated 200AP.) I've disabled other trinkets, enchants and gear to verify it could come from no other source.

Occurs on:
- PTR Patch 2.3.2 version 10257
- live servers 2.3.1 version 10192

Based on the other relics, my guess is that the bonus healing should have been bonus spell damage. (200AP + 200SP)

Can this be confirmed to be correctly itemized? I don't see how enhancement should receive bonus healing. (Also, 200AP is kinda low compared to other T9 relics.)
