This post was made during the last testing phase, however it still has not been changed in game. Just wondering if there might be time to address it during this phase. Dresorull did say that it was being looked into, but that was quite some time ago.
With the changes to Block Value and the length of the durations all doubled, the ilvl 200 Libram of Obstruction will be more powerful than the ilvl 226 Libram of the Sacred Shield from General Vezaxs.
352 BV for 10 seconds on a 8 second cd vs
272 BV for 20 seconds on a 8 second cd.
The Libram of Obstruction will always be up given a normal prot rotation. The BV from the 226 should either be buffed, or the 200 should be pulled down to a level that suits it better.
Unless this change is made there's really no reason to ever use the Libram of the Sacred Shield.
