According to the patch notes Predatory Strikes should now grant a 7/13/20% chance per Combo Point on Finisher to make the Druids next Nature Spell under 10 seconds an instant cast.
In practice, it does exactly this, but there are a few problems:
1) The tooltip on the Predatory Strikes talent has not been updated
2) There is no player-buff or otherwise notification given to the Druid when this ability procs. This makes it very hard to tell if the talent has procced after using any finisher short of 5-CP (since 5-CP finishers can give 100% chance fully talented, and everything else is below that). It also makes it impossible to tell when the buff wears off, or even if it can wear off.
I imagine these must be bugs because I am pretty sure Blizzard doesn't want this talent to go live when its functionality is so obscured from the player.
