Are you receiving this error when logging in with an original WoW account or a converted Battle.net account? We're currently investigating some PTR login issues now, and want to verify that this falls under those that we're already looking into.

Did you reinstall the PTR fresh, or patch from the 3.2 PTR?

What version does your Launcher list at the top?

It should be: 0.2.2.10257

OK, that should work and is part of what we're currently investigating. At this point I don't have an ETA on when it will be resolved, but it should be soon.
