Dear Dresorull,

Before I bother logging my level 16 druid onto the PTR and queueing for Warsong Gulch tonight, are the low level Battlegrounds supposed to be active on the PTR right now? If they are not, I would appreciate you responding to this message saying so, so that I and other players do not waste my time trying to queue until you inform us that they are active.

Over the past few days, there have been threads on this forum where players have tried to gather enough people in the 10-19 bracket for WSG to pop, but WSG fails to pop. Because you have not responded to any of those threads, we are not sure if they're currently disabled or not. So we'd like for you to say something.

If the low level BGs are active, then is the BG experience feature also active at this time?

Don't forget to make sure the BG experience feature is tested on the PTR before 3.2 goes live.

They should be active, how many people have been in the queue at one time?

The BG server is set up currently as cross language (enUS/esMX) and so a game won't start unless there are enough people from a single server to fill a team. In other words, the BG games won't have teams with players mixed from each server. This may be why you're not getting games started.

We won't be changing this setting at this time. This is how the EU servers are setup as well.

Games will only launch when each team has 8+ players of the same faction and same language. So you won't be able to spread the 10 players over the two realms, you'll need 8 players of each faction on the same server.

I know this isn't the most ideal way for it to be setup in the case of trying to get these BG's going with such small numbers, but having it setup as cross language is necessary for our testing.

If #1 is allowed under the current setup (both factions from enUS), then we can use the forums to try to get a match going. But if #1 won't work, then we can't do much to get a battle going unless somebody here can post in Spanish on the Mexican PTR forum.

All of those combination's will work, though 2 and 3 are essentially the same thing. But you'll need 8 players for each team.

There are no spanish PTR forum for Mexico, only the US forums that you're currently on. The only servers that hook up to that BG server are the servers you're playing on (Broxigar and Anestarian).

There has been testing completed on the batteground experience changes. I haven't tested it myself, but I may get on and try it out when you guys get this going tonight.

Yes, that's correct. One of the realms is set to esMX and one to enUS, I'm not sure which is which though right now. I know it's a bit confusing, and it usually doesn't cause any issues.

I believe that people are logged in right now to try and get a game going. Alliance are queuing from Anasterian, and Horde are queuing from Broxigar.
