Cant believe they deleted my epic thread, heres another. Inc 19 pages. "Everytime I try to log into PTR I get stuck at Handshaking, then disconnected. What to do?

I could use a bit more information from anyone that is stuck at handshaking when connecting to the PTR servers.

Please answer these questions if you can:

1. Which server are you trying to connect to?
2. Are you able to connect to the other PTR server?
3. Are you using a Battle.net account?
4. Have you been able to log into the PTR previously?
5. Where was your character located before experiencing this issue?
