[Bug] Earthbind Totem
Talented into the Ele spec gives Earthbind Totem a root when it is dropped. I noticed that a bug that makes it root everytime it ticks therefore rooting every 5 seconds or so.
There's always this one really amazing thing in the world. Then there's me. I always just seem to get those confused all the time.
