[Bug] Val'anyr Proc Graphic
Val'anyr proc graphic is still bugged on PTR. The graphic does not match what it is on live and is significantly less flashier than its live counterpart.

Both pictures are taken in motion. Val'anyr no longer has trailing rings and is now just a bubble.
