No Sound
I don't have any sound on the PTR. I tried resetting my settings, but that did not work. This happened after I copied over my addons folder from my live WoW folder.

Delete or rename your Interface/WTF/Cache folders.

Can you verify that your in game sound is enabled, and that your computer sound is enabled as well?

Also if you're on Vista, sometimes you can adjust the sound for different applications in the sound menu, please check that you have sound enabled for World of Warcraft.
