If you're experiencing problems logging into the PTR, we're working on getting these problems resolved.

As many of you may know from previous PTR test phases, these issues do arise and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Please try to be patient, and refrain from making unnecessary threads on the PTR forum.

i have one more question, if we made characters like as soon as they were able to be copied, does that mean we won't be able to play on the P T R at all due to characters not being copied properly, or was that just a rumor and not true.

Well your characters from 3.1.2 wouldn't cause you to not be able to login to the server. The login issues are still being worked on, please be patient.

If you've ever taken part in PTR testing before, you'll know that while we want to have the servers up 100% for you guys, things happen that cause problems.
