Just Spoke to Billing [Blues Please Read]
Okay,

So I just called Billing Support in relation to not being able to login to the PTR's.
They told me that they have no support for this and the best way to get the problem solved is via this PTR Forum.

They told me how the accounts work and explain it in Snapshots.
My account was compromised around the time where those Snapshots of the accounts were taken for the PTR's.


He also told me that he herd information that the PTR Dev may take new Updated Snapshots of live accounts so these problems are solved.

We will not be updating the PTR logins during a testing phase. If you're unable to access the PTR due to account issues, you will need to wait until the next testing phase to attempt to get onto the PTR.
