This is still being investigated. As soon as this issue is resolved, I'll update you.

We're still working on rolling out a solution for battle.net accounts that are unable to connect to the servers. Please be patient as we get this resolved.

There has been several issues resolved through maintenance, and if you're still having issues connecting to the PTR, please make sure that you try all of your previous passwords.

People that have created or converted their accounts within the last several weeks may not be able to connect to the PTR, and this is norrmal.
