Can you delete your WTF/Cache/Interface folders and take another look at the tooltip? I'm certain that the last time I saw it on the PTR that it was correct. If it's still not displaying correctly, can you link a screenshot of the tooltip from the PTR for me please? Thanks.

Wrong. The new innervate is 450% of BASE MANA. base mana does not change with gear, etc. It is dependant on race/class/level only.

you still have mana in bear/cat form.

For example, shift back and from from bear to cat and back over and over. Eventually you will be sitting in either bear or cat, and your character will complain "not enough mana" (buttons will fade etc). AKA you have mana in bear/cat.

Probably a WTF cache moment.

Innervate not working while in shapeshifted forms may not be a bug, but I will look into this to be certain.

Meant to update this earlier. We're working on a fix for this right now. If all goes well it should be hotfixed on the PTR later this afternoon.

After the servers come back up from the maintenance, take a look at this again as it should be fixed.

I just tested it as well it does not give mana in cat or bear form but the tool tip is working. Is this bug some thing you can hot fix?
