Bought Argent Tournament Mount, CAN'T RETURN
So, I got 100 valiant seals today, and was super excited to go buy my Swift Silvermoon Hawkstrider. I go buy it, and mount up happily, totally in love with the model. THEN, I find out that the mount is changing on the next patch. Come on, really? The model change that's been announced is plain and colorless in comparison. After grinding out the 100 badges, doing those dailies over and frickin over again, just to get that mount, I find it's being changed? AND I can't return it for my mark refund, because I already learned the spell. Had I known, I would of just saved my badges. I could of got a few pets instead, or saved up for the hippogryph. Trying my best not to be some silly girl who cries over a meaningless computer game. I feel awful....and it's not worth my remorse, but I still feel pretty dang upset. I don't even want to log on my main...and I have a guild and a raid to lead tonight. -_-

I'm assuming you've experienced this issue on live? Please open an in-game ticket for this issue.

Some people may be fine with keeping the mounts they have now instead of being forced upgraded.

Maybe you guys can look into a way of offering refunds for the mounts when they get upgraded or at least open a GM policy that will allow them to change them back if requested.


The new model mounts have been on the site for several weeks now, but I understand the frustration. I'm not sure what the policy will be for refunding this type of item, but if you're in this situation, I would still suggest contacting a GM in game.

Sindi, I'd advise posting on the customer service forums for more information on their decision. And if you submit another in game ticket, try to be online while waiting for a response if you can. I hope you are able to sort it out.
