Ok this bug has been bugging me a lot lately and is interfering quite a bit in PvP. I am a fire mage spec'd 2/2 into Firestarter. Allowing my succesful Dragon's Breath and Blastwave hits to allow my next Flamestrike to be an instant cast. Now most of the time this works but lately (About 30% of the time) i will use blast wave or DB and i get no buff for doing so. Yes i know it hit them because they are either knocked back, or disoriented. I figured it might be my add-ons not showing the buff so i still tried casting flamestrike afterwards and it would say "Cant do that while moving" or I would start casting flamestrike for its entire cast. This is beginning to happen more and more frequently as i wait for the procs.
