I finish the 991mb download and it goes to the second update And i get this

The update could not be applied.
The patch "pc-hdfiles\Battle.net.dll" could not be applied. (Invalid source file size: expected 225936, actual 230032.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (BNUpdate::PTCApply)

Heh help? what do i have to do besides uninstalling and reinstalling.

This can often be attributed to a bad installation, and you may want to at least try reinstalling the PTR client. After you uninstall the PTR, run the repair.exe in your normal wow folder. If that doesn't work, please try reinstalling your normal client as well.
