On the downloader, there is a link that says "If you are having trouble downloading, click here." This will give you options on making sure your computer is setup appropriately to receive the patch downloads.

Please do not bump your thread so much.

Are you on a network that blocks peer to peer sharing? A lot of school networks are setup this way.

What downloader are you currently trying to use? Is it "WoW-3.0.1.8874-PTR-US-Installer-downloader.exe?"

Have you tried closing all the open patch windows and running it again? Are you downloading through the launcher?

Is your downloader giving you an error message at all?

Have you tried updating your network driver?

I would advise posting in the technical support forum. They may be able to assist your further. I've tested the downloader itself, and it is working correctly.
