I just buffed myself with the Divine Spirit rank 6 and Divine Spirit rank 5 with absolutely no problems.
I saw it in the arena on live and was like "wtf?"
Tried it myself and it worked....this has to be a bug.
it doesn't give an extra buff, but it is used as a dispel fodder for arena. Please look into this.
