The PTR servers should be coming back online now. We're currently looking into an issue where people are getting stuck at "Retrieving character list". Please do not create new threads regarding this issue.

The PTR servers should be available again now. You'll be prompted to download a patch when logging in.

The new PTR version is 0.1.2.9868.
