Immolate seems to be bugged on the ptr atm.
With a full destro build with Immo talents Immo is only ticking for 237-239 with ~2000 spell power.
When I took off all my gear Immo was still only ticking for 237-239.
ATM it looks like spell power is having no effect on immolate, which also results in poor conflag damage.
