Blizzard I address this solely to you:

If you decide to take 11 hours to process my 2 account's pre-mades then please tell me before I stay up waiting for it. If this is happening to other people then why are we being lied to about a 1 hour waiting time? Please explain the logic in telling people it will take approximately 1 hour when it in fact takes 11 hours?

If this is due to the current hardware updates on servers then I would of forgiven/forgotten if there was a blue post on it! I have gotten no updates in my e-mail, and when I check the status on the pre-made transfer it tells me it's pending.

I highly doubt I'm the only one, and if I am I am very very very unlucky. If my assumption is correct and other people have been waiting this long then someone by now would have posted a thread about it. And posts seem to be disappearing from this board a lot...

You may not count this as a bug but it's quite the inconvenience. Before you delete my post, tell me why this would be inappropriate here and tell me where I can complain/QQ about my problems. Because I really am ready to QQ.
