The blizzard installer Fails saying a Visual C++ runtime Error. then Windows pops up with Blizzard Installer has stopped working. the following is what I get when I click the button to see the problem details.

I am using windows Vista have had problems with the PTR installation since blizzard changed the way it installed many test realms ago.
