[HELP] Login Issue
I logged on to the PTR with my WoW info. I had to install a patch, I did so. I think tried to log onto the PTR and it says my password is incorrect. Does anyone know why?

Have you had your accounts deactivated in the past year at any time? Or banned?

It can be longer than 7 weeks in some cases.

Unfortunately, if you're unable to login with your older account info, you'll have to wait until the next PTR phase to try again.

Like I stated previously, if you're unable to log into the PTR with your accounts and none of your older passwords work, you'll have to wait for the next testing phase.
