Neither skill seems to be working correctly.

Well actually, conflagrate does seem to be working correctly, but because immolate is messed up, it is also doing abysmal damage.

My immmolate, with premade gear, is hitting for 215, and my recount shows that other warlocks are putting up similar numbers.

Conflag is hitting for 1117 damage average.
