[Feedback] Warlock Changes.
"* Nether Protection reduced to 30% damage reduction, down from 60%.
* Shadow and Flame: Now also includes Shadowburn.
* Fire and Brimstone: No longer increases the damage of your Immolate spell, but now increases the bonus damage your Incinerate deals to targets afflicted by your Immolate by 6/12/18/24/30%.
* Conflagrate updated: Consumes an Immolate or Shadowflame effect on the enemy target to instantly deal damage equal to 12 seconds of your Immolate, or 8 seconds of your Shadowflame."

Nether Protection Change was needed. Being able to tank 2+ casters while take no damage is not balanced.

Shadow and Flame: Nice Buff, However with new glyph changes to conflag, this promotes shadowburn spam.

F&B: This is a good change in order to promote higher deep-destro pve dps. And at the same time not a huge loss for pvp warlocks (we can now use those points to spec more into utility -- e.g. soul leech)

Conflag update: Actually a nice 10% buff to post-nerfed 70% conflag. (~80% no?)


Here is where i have a big problem:
"Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining."
This is a terrible terrible change. Not just for PvP, but for PvE as well. It completely reworks the rotation to make conflaging on the bottom end of immolate more ideal. However, conflag has a short enough cooldown to use 2x conflags per immolate on average. So you are either sacrificing half an immolate to get a conflag off, or sacrificing a conflag cooldown to conserve your immolate to be used at less than 5 seconds. This is bad for both pve rotations and pvp rotations. Furthermore, this change single-handedly can ruin destro locks in arena/pvp. Dispels v destro locks are a huge concern in 2v and 3v. This change promote the use of immolate into conflag spam even more....which is a) not fun, and b) a big dps loss. Having immolate stay on a target allows us to set up a burst post immolate. Having to conserve our immolate without being able to conflag is going to ruin our burst potential(as well as make us completely predictable). Not to mention, it makes us have to cast yet another spell (extra immolates), being a class with very little 'outs' v melee (unlike mages with nova/blink).
Please Please, Nerf our dps more, nerf our survivability....but this change is gamebreaking, for fun, dps, and arena competitiveness.
