I was playing with some of the talents on the PTR yesterday, and foudna few bugs in some of the talents to Warlocks.
1) Fel Synergy: Not working. My pet was not healed for any of the damgage done at all.
2) Decimate: The talent did not proc even once in over 15 tests, including ones done on high health/boss mobs. (Talent states that Soul Fire should have a 35%/60% reduced casting time and not cost a soul shard f you Incinerate or Shadowbolt a mob that is at or below 35% health.)
