So I trained duel spec. Spec'd my usual dps Feral then spec'd Balance for off spec. Went over to training dummies and practiced Balance some. Swapped to Feral, jumped into cat... No mangle on my bar. I look in my book, not there either. Go back to trainer .... nope no option to retrain.

Not in book, Not on bar, Not at trainer.


So ..... WTB mangle.
