Still in the latest build, Summon Gargoyle, the 51 Unholy Death Knight talent, lasts for a maximum of 30 seconds. The tooltip states that it should last for a maximum of 40 seconds.

Reported this bug for the past 4 or so builds, and it still exists. Release is getting close, so hopefully this round it can be addressed.
