The latter portion of this talent states "... and when your Flame Shock is dispelled your spell casting speed is increased by 30% for 6 sec." yet every time I have tested this, nothing happens to my spell casting. It does not increase or decrease, I do not gain a buff, my character sheet does not change, nothing happens.
