I have been reporting this error on test day after day, and i do not care if its a known issue because apparently you guys forgot it was. But when the instant heal portion of Empowered Renew Critical Heals it does not Trigger the Effect of Surge of Light.

Can you guys PLEASE PLEASE fix this before it goes live, or just flat out say "no".
