Please describe the steps you took to get this error in more detail.

Did you install the PTR client? Did it patch up to the latest build? What button are you pressing to play the PTR when this error is received?

This should help identify the problem.

I been playing in the PTR for the past weeks. Three days ago i opened my wow launcher and i clicked the "Public Test" Button, the one that launches the PTR. When i clicked it it acts as its going to launch the PTR but instead i get a wow error. I tried using the repair icon but it says " This version of Blizzard Repair does not support your world of warcraft version 0.1.0.9684 English (United States)

Try running the launcher that is in your World of Warcraft Public Test folder instead of your normal launcher. Or run the Wow.exe that is in that same folder. You're a few builds behind and need to patch up.
