Hello, I have installed the PTR twice now. the first time it didnt work I thought it might be cause from an addon so I deleted all my addons and did a repair of the game client, then reinstalled the PTR. I did delete all the old PTR files/folder before reinstalling.

I keep getting the following message when I try to login.

"Unable to validate game version. this may be cause by file corruption or the interference of another program. Please visit http://us.blizzard.com/supportarticle.xml?articleID=21031 for more information and possible solutions to this issue:"

I do not have any programs running that would cause this and my PC is clean. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it ?
