MMO-Champion BlueTracker - 3.1 w/o Yogg-Saron/Algalon Testing?

Will 3.1 go live without Yogg-Saron/Algalon tested on the PTR? I'm just curious since 3.1 is supposedly coming out in the next 1-2 weeks.

I understand why they may not, however, I hope that if that is the case that Blizzard has made extraordinary efforts testing and tuning the encounters.

If so, any idea when they are coming?

I would not expect these bosses to appear on the PTR.

Yeah, generally speaking it works out okay when they have the end bosses internally tested only (Naxx-60 and BT/Hyjal got the same treatment,) it's only when half to all of the instance isn't publicly tested that they turn out to be buggy overtuned messes (BWL, AQ40, SSC/TK.)
