Posted this bug a while ago (in one of the first few builds) and got a response that you were "looking into it and should report it again if it still exists in a later build."

Well... still exists.

Basically the arrows aren't getting enforced there.

Maybe the arrow was just left-over from the old background :-D ? (one can hope!) Though I know it's probably a bug.
