The issue of spirit wolves being unresponsive has existed since the 3.08 scaling fixes, but since it's still present on the PTR I figured it's fair game to report as a bug here. Since the bug has existed for so long with actually being acknowledged, I assume that the underlying issue is simply still undetermined.
