This is a previously reported issue, please test it out in the next build.

Please refrain from using acronyms when referring to spells, items, bosses, cities, mobs, quests, factions, and pretty much anything else.

In order to compose a quality bug report, you have to assume that the person reading your report doesn't know what spells you're talking about. This makes sure that you explain the situation completely.

Anti-Magic Shell is returning Runic Power and nullifying incoming debuffs, yet it is not absorbing the proper amount (or any) of the damage. The only amount absorbed from any magical attack so far has been 108 and it's pretty random when the damage is absorbed, but 108 seems to be the static amount absorbed when it does happen.

Thanks for the more complete report, this is more in depth than some of the other reports that have been posted for this. I'll test the changes out and see if any of this is still occurring.
