You are downloading each patch that has been applied to the PTR since it went up for 3.1.0 testing. That is working as intended.

Oh apparently I misunderstood it. I thought I had to download every patch from PreBC to WOTLK! But it just stopped, my mistake!
0.1.0.xxxx is the 3.1.0 PTR patches, not classic wow.
