The quest has changed on the ptr & I'm not sure if its meant to be changed or not. The chat dialog on the quest states:
Commander Dardosh in Wintergrasp Fortress wants you to slay 20 Alliance players.
When you go to track the quest it says Alliance players slain: 0/10 and if you look at the progress inside of the quest itself, it says 0/10 not 0/20. One of these things needs to be changed since its conflicting information listed.
