[BUG] Earthen Power
Earthen Power - the initial Earthbind tick only removes snares (as the version on live works) does not apply snare immunity. Immunity is only provided by subsequent ticks.


EDIT: Feral Spirit fixed on current PTR build. Earthen Power bug remains.
