If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. Getting this msg after dowloading the patch.

Have you uninstalled the PTR client, and deleted any past test realm clients that you have had installed? Try that if you haven't yet, and reinstall the PTR client.
