[Bug] Wandering Plague
I was running some dps tests on boss target dummy and I had over 100 procs of wandering plague ( dk unholy talent) but there was 0 damage done. Now this talent is supposed to effect the target and also targets around it so there should have been damage done. Not sure if this is a dummy bug or a bug with the talent.

Does it do zero damage when you use it against normal mobs? And was the target dummy at 1 health when this occurred?
