For some reason I'm unable to download the patch via Downloader. Whenever I start the PTR client Launcher, the download screen (with the first paragraph of the patchnotes) shows for a second and then it disappears again, showing the regular Launcher news etc. There's no patch downloading in the background, I made sure the Downloader Preferences are set correctly, too, just to make sure it's not related to that.
Using the Mac client btw.

Hmm, just tried that, and I'm getting a bad password error. My password hasnt' changed, I wonder if it's because of the mobile authenticator? It's an 8 digit string, instead of the keyfob's 6 digits.

Crud. I gave my keyfob to my mother-in-law, and she's now using it on her account. Is there any way I can have it removed from my PTR account, or am I now locked out of PTR testing?

I found my issue had to do with Vista. When I made sure to set the 'compatibility mode' for the launcher.exe in the test folder, and also did not use the 'show launcher' option, it started to work.
Admittedly I did two things at once so I can't verify which one was the secret, but it did work when I did this on my Vista system.
