I was testing on the PTR with the new warrior changes and notice Glyph of Overpower not proccing when Taste for Blood is on cooldown. Like Taste for Blood would fire and I would hit OP. Then the next melee swing is parried. Glyph of OP should kick in and allow me to OP again (given 2/2 Unrelenting Assault), but OP is still locked out.

Either Taste for Blood is intended to lock Overpower out for 6seconds or Glyph of Overpower is not working properly.

Please look into it!
