MMO-Champion BlueTracker - What blizzard tech support told me

sooo when i have a problem i call tech support. What he told me post it on the forums..and oh yeah the forum watchers havnet noticed anything like this....how many threads are there on this now wow. Just wanted to say that yet again im having problems with logging into the PTR. just to clarify when i use my wifes account info which isnt battlenet she can log in fine but when i try to do it with my new battlenet account it keeps trying to update to a patch it already has and tells me i have an error applying it. when i use my old info it says i dont have the right password....honestly i wish that you guys would post about working on a solution or something not just ignore the problem and hope it goes away. Not that im fishing for a blue response but who other than them are going to be able to fix this issue.

The battle.net accounts will not work on the PTR at this time, and there are currently no plans to make them work on the PTR for this phase of testing. You'll need to try several older passwords for your account if it is telling you that your login info is bad.
