I don't recall this happening in previous builds and don't see any identical topics but I'm getting some funky server responses when I try to look.
But When I spend my talent points to spec into Tree of Life my druid learns Mangle at the same time. I've tried a few different builds and can't readily identify any other talents being picked that would specifically cause this. The character has a dualspec but hasn't spent any talents within it. Screenshot below I think sums it up fairly well.

This is a freshly copied version of my druid, and hasn't previously spec'd into anything other than going down resto to get ToL.
