[BUG] Savage Defense

I wanted to make sure you were aware that the *initial application* damage of Lacerate is currently able to crit on Live. This crit does not require Primal Gore. Therefore (if I'm understanding correctly) we would expect an initial-application crit of Lacerate to proc Savage Defense.

Have you tested these abilities on the PTR to see if they do proc Savage Defense?
