I know its the PTR and all, and things will most likely change, but with the estimated release date given the GC (Beg. April) About 2 weeks away, Im looking for some answers.
Prior to this PTR Build, DRW looked liked this:
Dancing Rune Weapon
40 Runic Power
Instant
1.5 min cooldown
Requires Melee Weapon
Unleashes all available runic power to summon a second rune weapon that fights on its own for 10 sec plus 1 sec per 5 additional runic power, doing the same attacks as the Death Knight but for 50% reduced damage.
It wasn't to bad, especially with the glyph giving 10 more seconds.
Now, this just in!

That make sthis skill completely useless! 51pt or nor, even if it was a 10pt talent, I wouldnt take it. Not to mention the glyph now adds 5 seconds. Any thoughts on this nerf?
