[Bug] Lack of Talent Points
I see to be missing some talent points. I'm only allowed to spend 60 talent points, as opposed to the normal 71. My current build is 5/51/2 and I can no longer put points into my talents.

Does unlearning your talents resolve this issue? And what was the last point when you had all your talent point on the PTR?
