Confirmed from multiple Paladins that Hand of Reckoning's damage portion is no longer functioning on players instead of granting "immune" to the taunt effect while still doing the damage portion.
This appears to be a bug as there was no notation about this change, and Hand of Reckoning deals damage in Live to all targets regardless of immunity to the taunt effect.
