[Bug] Divine Guardian still missing
In the patch notes stickied on the forum it states:

Divine Guardian: Now increases the effectiveness of Divine Sacrifice by an additional 5/10%, and increases the duration of Sacred Shield by 50/100% and the amount absorbed by 10/20%.

However, since this change was made Divine Guardian is not appearing in the talent tree at all.

The patch notes may not directly reflect what is currently active on the PTR. Also the current patch notes are not the final notes for the 3.1.0 patch. We will investigate your report regardless.
